My Clients Plus processes payments using two different secure payment processors: Vantage, and Therapy Brands Pay with Stripe. When you enrolled in payment processing with My Clients Plus, you enrolled with either Vantage or Therapy Brands Pay with Stripe. While both are secure merchant processing platforms, they each function differently as they interface within My Clients Plus.
Because of this difference, articles in My Clients Plus's online Knowledge Base may indicate that some information is for clinics using Vantage, while other information is for clinics using Therapy Brands Pay with Stripe. This means that if you are looking up payment processing information in My Clients Plus's Knowledge Base, you need to know which payment processor your clinic is using.

How do I know which payment processor My Clients Plus uses for my practice?
If you aren't sure which payment processor My Clients Plus is using for your practice, navigate to the My Clients Plus sidebar menu, click on Organizations, select Settings, then click on the Therapy Brands Pay tab.
If you are enrolled with Therapy Brands Pay with Stripe, there will be a green Active bubble next to the Therapy Brands Pay logo, and a green View Dashboard button.
If you are enrolled with Vantage, there will be information about Therapy Brands Pay, and a green Start Application button.
