Use the Stripe Dashboard to manage and configure your account, navigate to important resources like payment overviews and reports, review account activity and balance information, respond to disputes and chargebacks, and more.
IMPORTANT: Refunds processed through the Stripe dashboard will NOT display in My Clients Plus. If you process a refund through the Stripe dashboard, there will be a discrepancy between the transactions shown in Stripe and the Therapy Brands Pay report in My Clients Plus.
Access the Stripe Dashboard
To access your Stripe Dashboard, click on the Organization tab in the menu bar, select Settings, click on the Therapy Brands Pay tab, then click the green View Dashboard button.
You can also access the Stripe Dashboard from the billing section of the Therapy Brands Pay Report.
Your Stripe Dashboard opens on the Home Tab, which gives you an overview of account activity. You can navigate to other sections of the Stripe Dashboard by clicking the tabs at the top.
- Payments Tab: Find information for All Transactions
- Balances Tab: Review Payouts (Deposits to your Bank Account)
- Customers Tab: View Transactions per Customer
- Reports Tab: Reconcile Stripe & your Bank Account
Update your Stripe Account
You can update your Stripe account directly from your Dashboard. To edit business or bank account details, click the Settings icon and select Settings, then scroll down to the Business Settings section.
- Click the Settings icon .
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down to the Business Settings section.
- Click a link to update settings.
- Select Business Details to edit business details, such as Business Address or EIN.
- Select External Payout Accounts and Scheduling to edit bank account information for payouts.

Manage Multiple Stripe Accounts
You may have Multiple Stripe Accounts associated with the same email address. If you enrolled in Therapy Brands Pay with Stripe using the same credentials (email address and password) you used for an existing Stripe account, you can switch between these accounts by clicking the Account Name in the top left corner of the dashboard, then selecting a different account. When you are logged into your Stripe account for My Clients Plus, you will see a My Clients Plus LLC tab in the bottom left corner.
Handle Payment Disputes or Chargebacks
If a payment dispute (also known as a chargeback) is issued by one of your clients, Stripe will send you an email with details and information. You can Handle Payment Disputes or Chargebacks in the Stripe Dashboard. Using Best Practices for Chargebacks can help prevent chargebacks from occurring.

Stripe Support is available for questions about your Stripe account and dashboard. Stripe Support may also email you directly regarding account updates and chargeback matters. To access Stripe Support through the dashboard, click the Help icon, then select Contact Support.
