A Case is a collection (like a file folder) of Notes and clinical information for a Client.
Sometimes Client can have multiple cases, for example they might have a Case for current Appointments and a Case from Appointments two years ago.
Case for Individual Client
- Locate Client and open Client Profile.
- Click Notes in left side menu.
- Click the All Cases tab.
- Click + New Case button.
IMPORTANT: If a Client already has a Case that you are not assigned to, you will receive the following message: Tip! This client already has notes you aren't assigned to.
Please contact Administrator to get access. If you receive this message, please reach out to your Administrator and ask to be added to the case or if you should create a new separate Case. - Enter all appropriate Case Details.
- Client will default and you will automatically be assigned to the Case.
- When finished, click Save.
