Telehealth Workflow (My Clients Plus 3.0)

Telehealth is an add on subscription that can allows for secure, HIPAA compliant video sessions. Review the video below and following text for the basic setup and workflow for using Telehealth.

Before you Begin 

• Ensure that you are subscribed to Telehealth in My Clients Plus (Admin)
• Check System Requirements

Telehealth Appointment from Start to Finish

1. Schedule a Telehealth Appointment
   

   NOTE: You cannot create recurring Telehealth Appointments, each must be scheduled individually.

   • Schedule Telehealth Appointment
   • Convert Appointment to Telehealth Appointment
     
     
     
2. Share Telehealth Appointment Link with Client
   • via Appointment Reminder
   • via Secure Message in the Client Portal
   • via Email
   • via Text
     
     
     
3. Client - Prepare for 1st Telehealth Appointment
   

   NOTE: You may want to also send your Client the above link so they can prepare for the Telehealth Appointment.

   
   
   
4. Telehealth Appointment
   • Start Telehealth Appointment
   • Set Telehealth Browser Permission (one time thing)
   • Optional - Share you Screen in Telehealth Appointment
     
     
     
5. Client - Join Telehealth Appointment
