Permissions: Must have Administrator Permissions or been granted permission in your Staff Permissions.
You have the ability to send Intake Forms electronically to the Client to complete via the Client Portal. Completed Intake Forms are uploaded as PDFs to the Client's General Documents tab.
You will initially send Intake Forms with the Client's Client Portal Invitation.
