By default, when an Appointment is scheduled via the Client Portal you will see a visual notification on the Calendar icon in your global navigation bar.
Additionally, as a Therapist, you can enable email notifications for Appointment Requests and Cancellations. If enabled, every time a Client Self-Schedules or Cancels an Appointment in the Client Portal, you will get an email where you can then, quickly access the Appointment to Confirm or Decline.
NOTE: Client Self-Schedule is an add-on feature in My Clients Plus. Before utilizing, it must be enabled on in My Clients Plus by an Organization Administrator and Staff Member must be added to Client Portal.
Enable Email Notifications
- Click your Name in top right corner and select Client Portal Settings.
- Scroll to Notifications section.
- Mark the Email me when an appointment is created/rescheduled/cancelled on Client Portal box.
- Click Save Settings.
