- Zip/Postal Code: Use only a 5-digit zip code (e.g., 12345) or a zip+4 can be used as long as a hyphen is inserted before the last 4 digits (e.g., 12345-6789). There can be no spaces before or after the hyphen.

NOTE: A mobile number is now required for Sole Proprietor business types for our SMS partner, Twilio, to validate your business as a verified entity to send SMS messages. The mobile number listed in the account owner's staff profile will receive a One Time Password (OTP) text message, and you must reply with ‘YES’ within 24 hours to confirm registration. This converts your organization’s SMS messaging campaign to Verified status. Look for this text in the coming days. The text message will come from The Campaign Registry (TCR) and will appear as below:
If you do not respond to the text from The Campaign Registry (TCR) within 24 hours, you will have the option to resend the OTP verification code to your mobile number via a Resend button on the Appointment Text Reminders page in MyClientsPlus.
