Permissions: You must have Organization Administration Permissions.
Client Self-Scheduling is an add-on feature in My Clients Plus. By default, all Therapist will be able to utilize the Client Portal for Client Invites, Intake Forms and Accepting Payments (if you have setup Credit Card Processing with My Clients Plus) additional Client Portal feature that requires a subscription. Once subscribed, you can enable Self-Scheduling.
- Click Organization and Client Portal in the side navigation bar.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Switch Allow Client's Self Scheduling through Client Portal toggle so it shows as Turned On.
NOTE: If enabled, you will also need to turn on or off the ability for Clients to schedule/cancel appointments within 24 hours.
Once enabled, subscribed Therapists can select service types available to clients when scheduling appointments, accept or decline Self-Scheduled Appointments via the calendar icon at the top of their screen, and specify what locations are available for scheduling.
