If Self-Scheduling is turned on for your Organization, Client's with access to the Client Portal can schedule Appointments with you. When they schedule an Appointment, you will receive a notification (either via the Calendar icon or email) and can confirm or decline the Appointment Request.
NOTE: Appointments Requests will NOT display in your My Clients Plus Agenda/Calendar until you confirm it.
Confirm from within My Clients Plus
The Calendar icon will display the number of Appointment Requests you have yet to respond to.
- Click the Calendar icon the global navigation bar.
- All Appointment Requests display.
- Click Confirm or Decline on Appointment Requests page.
- If you Decline, you will have the option to send a message to Client in response. Enter message and click Decline Appointment.
Confirm from Email Notification
If you have turned on email notifications, you will receive an email every time someone submits an Appointment Request.
- Locate Appointment email (titled New Unconfirmed Appointment).
- Click Manage Appointments button.
- Click Confirm or Decline on Appointment Requests page.
- If you Decline, you will have the option to send a message to Client in response. Enter message and click Decline Appointment.
