Print Blank Dynamic Forms (My Clients Plus 3.0)

 Permissions: You must have Therapist Permissions or higher.

Once a Dynamic Form is created, you have the option to Print it and allow the Client to fill it out by hand. You can print out individual Dynamic Form or all Dynamic Forms. There is no multi-select option at this time.

1. Click Dynamic Forms tab in primary navigation bar.
2. Click Actions and select Print button for desired Dynamic Form.
3. OR click Print All button to print all Dynamic Forms.
