- Subscriber and subscriber ID not found. Member not found.
This means the Name and or Client ID was not found by this Insurance. Please verify:
- Client's Name - Make sure what is on the Claim matches what the Insurance Company has.
- Client ID - Double check the ID Number on the Client's Insurance card.
- Payer ID - Make sure you are sending these Claims to the correct Electronic Payer ID.
- Check Client Eligibility
After you have checked and/or corrected these items, Resubmit the Claim.
