There are a number of ways you can get support while working in My Clients Plus:
- Hover over the Question mark icon beside an item to access more information.
Use the Help icon at the bottom of any screen to access information from the Knowledge Base.
- Click .
- Type in a word or phrase for the task you trying to complete, press Enter.
- Click the title to access the article.
Support is available to assist you.
- Click .
- Type in a word or phrase, press Enter.
- Click Leave Us A Message.
- Your Name and Email will be entered from your profile.
- Enter the assistance you need.
- Add any supporting files or documents (optional).
- Click Send.
My Clients Plus Knowledge Base
Over 380 articles are available in the Knowledge Base to assist you. You can enter your question in the search bar or browse for the article you need.
- Click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner.
- Click Knowledge base from the drop-down.
