When you are billing Magellan through My Clients Plus using Change Healthcare as your clearinghouse, you must also enter the address for the specific division of Magellan that you need to bill. If you do not, they will be rejected with the following code:
PN3-0151-MISSING/INVALID PAYER ADDRESS 1
If you receive this rejection code:
- Correct the address in the Insurer details following these directions.
