If you need to find the payers claim number and you have received an ERA for this claim you can view this in your My Clients Plus account. If you have not received an ERA for this claim you will need to contact the payer.
Find the Claim Number:
- Click Billing.
- Navigate to ERA Received tab or the Paid/Processed tab depending on ERA processed status.
- Click Customize Grid and select Original Reference Number.
- An Original Reference Number is displayed listing the Payer's Claim Number (original reference number, internal control number, etc.)
NOTE: This is the original reference number that is needed when you are resubmitting a corrected claim.
