Assign AMA CPT® License to Staff (My Clients Plus 3.0)

Permissions: You must have Administrator Permissions or higher.

Therapists who will be the rendering provider for a client will be assigned a CPT® license to ensure compliance with the AMA CPT® Code copyright.

Assign AMA CPT® License

To assign an AMA CPT® license to staff:

1. Access the Staff tab and find the desired staff.
2. Click Details.
3. Scroll to AMA CPT® Code Access and click the toggle to Turned On.
   
4. A confirm dialog is displayed, click Confirm & Save.
