Any My Clients Plus user can schedule a group appointment. You can schedule a group appointment two different ways.
Jump to Section [From Group Profile] [From Calendar]
From Group Profile
- Click Clients tab in primary navigation bar.
- Click Groups in side navigation.
- Click Appointments button for appropriate Group.
- Click New Group Appointment button.
- Group Name populates. Complete all other Appointment information.
- Click Save.
From Agenda
- Click Schedule in the navigation bar.
- Click Add Appointment icon OR double click on the desire Calendar time slot.
- Click Group Appointment button in the new Appointment window.
- Search for Group by name and select.
- Complete all other Appointment information.
- Click Save.
