My Clients Plus creates a separate Ledger for every Client, even those who are part of a Group. Best practice is to create an Invoice for each member of the Group.
There are two options for Billing Group Appointments:

Option 1: You want only one person to pay for the entire Group Appointment
You could create an Invoice for one group member and bill the full rate. Then for the other group members, you leave them un-billed OR create Invoice and zero them out with a note indicating why it's zeroed out. This allows you to generate an Invoice/receipt without actually billing them. -
Option 2: You want to bill everyone in the Group
You could create an Invoice for everyone in the group, and either bill the full rate or a manually adjusted/split rate between the group members.
NOTE: New invoice creation is only available with a My Clients Plus subscription.
Add Invoice
- Click Add Invoice button on Agenda.
- Click Create Invoice button for desired Client.
Bill One Person in Group
- Full Appointment Amount defaults and that Client will be billed.
Note: If extra appointments populate, click the X for each one to remove it from current invoice.
- Click Save and invoice will be created.
Bill Everyone in Group
- Edit Amount as needed.
- Zero out the Amount to generate a receipt without billing Client.
- OR enter manually adjusted/split rate.
